Experience Level: Entry
Ongoing, first line technical support work to assist with supporting our growing estate of retail clients. We are an EPOS system solution provider based in the UK and require an individual who can work set hours per week of (initially) 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week). Potential for increased hours as business and client base grows.

Must have pleasant telephone manner and be customer service focused. Competent knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Office essential and must be familiar with installing and maintaining MySQL. A working knowledge of SQL would also be desirable but not essential.

You will require a suitable speed Internet connection for access to our VOIP exchange and to provide remote support to our clients.

Full training of our software will be provided.
