Excel Macro for Betting assistant or Bet Angel

Depending on which program you are happy to use, be it Betting assistant or Bet Angel - Both have been written to work an excel sheet and VBA.

Im looking for an excel expert with a leaning towards VBA.

What im looking for is a macro that connects a software package called Betting assistant by Gruss software, betting assistant is designed to work with an Excel sheet.

What I want;

The excel sheet lists all untaken bets e.g

horse name Price Money
Red Rum 5.40 £5.40
2 Legs 10.00 £14.52

The sheet needs to repeatedly check the untaken bets every second (betting assistant can do that), Should the price on Red Rum increase to 5.50, the sheet the works out the percentage change in price and reduces/increases the amount of money offered, cancels the current bet and issues a new bet at the new price and amount. Betting assistant can do this I just need a Macro..

The sheet will need an option whether I will be back or laying, hence the increase or decrease comment.
