I have a complex form that we're looking to replicate in SharePoint. The form would need be filled out by each of our distributors and a new "entry" saved. The form itself is relatively complex, so we would like to break it down so it's easy for our distributors to fill out. I imagine it would require multiple lists and a custom form, but I'm uncertain where to start with this. I have attached an example of the form we would like in SharePoint.
The main sections we would require input from the distributors would be section 1, 2 and 3. The section at the top is the number we would put in for them, and when they fill out section 1, 2 and 3, the graph at the top shows their sales.
