1. We currently have Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 installed. Whilst the CRM Email Router appears to be configured it is only tracking some not all of the emails in CRM. We require someone to check the configuration and make any amendments required.
2. Our centrally hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 environment is protected by Microsoft UAG. This currently prevents the CRM plugin for the Microsoft Outlook Desktop from connecting to CRM to synchronise. We believe we need to configure Forms based authentication to resolve the issue. We need someone to be able to perform the necessary configuration.
