I am looking to build a list of computer engineers in London that can help out initially on a 7 day project and then as and when required based on business needs.
You will need to be able to cover most of London , mainly Central/West and must speak clear english. You must be competent, patient and polite and have a qualification in IT.
On acceptance of this role, you will be required to sign a non disclosure agreement.
Over the next 7 days - I will require you to cover all calls that come in to us. I will appoint a helpdesk agent who will answer the phone and collect the customer information and job description. They will then contact you to see if you are able to carry out the work requested. On your agreement, the helpdesk agent will send you out a work order to your email address with all the customer information.
On-Site, you will perform the work as specified under our brand and on completion, you will obtain customer acceptance in the form of a signature and take this away with you and send by email back to the Helpdesk.
You will obtain payment from the customer by credit/debit card for which instructions will be provided.
Skills needed.
You must be able to remove viruses through use of malwarebytes,superantispyware and removal of items from temp folders, registry startup, prefetch folder etc.
You must be able to perform data backup services by either removal of the hard disk or by booting a linux cd and transferring data over ethernet network or external drive.
You must have the ability to diagnose and fix error messages through technet and google.
You must be able to set up a internet router, understand ping, ipconfig and nbtstat in order to find network devices.
You must be honest and reliable. It's very hard to find trustworthy people and those that can work with us after this project.
You must be able to source parts should they be needed such as a replacement SATA hard drive and invoice us for that part.
Qualifications minimum with evidence are:
MCSE, CompTIA, HND, BTEC, CCNA, or another equivalent IT qualification.

This role would start on Wednesday for a period of 7 days initially with trials tuesday subject to a job coming in.
We pay you 25% of the invoice total minus parts.
or your hourly rate based on time on-site dependant on the job. We have some fixed fee jobs.
