we need some one to start adding functionalities .. so you will not be doing it from scratch
We need a an app developer with experience in Xamarin , maximum budget of
£400/month , minimum 1 year engagement , required to work 30hrs/week and will be paid weekly depending on the

i dont want to go through the interviews only then to disagree with the budget
Also, i will require to interview with the programmer himself

you will be working on various projects ideas , starting with an uber like app with gamification
The app is like Uber however with no taxies , but people only. a web application is also required to be developed.

All features and functionalities on Uber
The first milestone is to produce Alpha then support service

I had a look on the UK gov site, and the minimum wage in UK is around 300 pounds per week, for 21-24 years (entry level programmers can enter here, after graduating college). The link is here https://www.gov.uk/national-minimum-wage-rates . 400 on a month is quite low :)
