Hi, i would like a price quote for a web application done in visual studio mvc asp.net and it must have a database. The website is for a mechanic which is for booking services online, this is for my graded unit in college and has to be of high standard, It doesn’t need to look very professional it just has to have these requirements:
You should be able to login as a customer or staff member
A customer should be able to register online
Customers should be able to book jobs online up to 28 days in advanced
Customers should be able to cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the job commencement
Customers should be able to change their job requirements
Customers should be able to make a payment online after they receive the invoice using a variety of different payment methods
Customers will have to confirm their email address when registering and will provide the following details:
• Full name
• Address
• House Phone Number and Mobile Phone Number
• Email address
• Car Registration,
• Car Manufacturer,
• Year Car was Manufactured,
• Total Mileage Of The Car,
Date and Details of Last Visit (If any),
An invoice will be generated automatically which will be sent by email and sms
All communications will be by email and sms once the job has been done
The system will have a low stock alert, which will trigger a stock order
If parts are unavailable, an SMS will be sent notifying the customer of a change in job completion time.
Customers will be able to view their previous jobs
A report detailing customer and jobs will be able to be generated by all members of staff when required
A report detailing products will be able to be produced by all members of staff when required
A report detailing the stock list will be able to be generated by all members of staff on request
A daily job list report must be generated for staff
we require the new IT system to allow for certain jobs to be booked online, for example – tyre/exhaust replacement, servicing, MOTs. · Interim Service (40-point service) £79 · Full Service (Annual 90- point service)£149 · Major Service (24 month, 71- point service plus parts replacement) £215 · Interim Service & MOT (6 month, 40- point service) £99 · Full Service (Annual 69- point service) £164 · Major Service & MOT (24 month, 71- point service plus parts replacement) £225, fully synthetic oil upgrade £22
Details that need to be held for staff members are full name, date of birth, address, qualifications, house phone number, mobile phone number, email address, medical contact information, emergency contact details, national insurance number, employee ID, area of expertise, contract and working timetable
