Create a basic Ruby loop script to grab API data for a list of URLs

I'd like a script that does the following:
1 - grab data from a basic csv file with one column (see attached sample source file)
2 - run an API query for each entry in that file (to see the actual JSON format, put a URL through here to see result format http://www.alchemyapi.com/products/demo/alchemylanguage , then click to the keywords tab, and then click the JSON tab)
3 - output the results of each query on screen and save into a new csv in the same folder as the source file. Output will look like the attached sample result file, which has a header row describing the results.
I'd like it to be a Ruby .rb file I can run on my text editor or command line.
