I am looking for someone that can replicate an existing website functionality (I am not allowed to publish the URL here, but contact me and I\'ll send you the link). The functionality will be added to an existing website.
In short I would like you to build a search engine that find relevant tweets about properties for sale/rent based on the users search criteria.
The search tool / algorithm should in real time;
a) scan every twitter feed posted in the universe (related to properties)
(This means it must have a logic that can determine what constitutes a tweet about properties, to ensure every returned result is relevant for the user)
b) scan every page the twitter post links to (e.g. detailed property description) to enable a more intelligent and accurate list of search results, as a tweet contains too little information, compared to the page it links to with all the property details.
c) will bring back those tweets that meet the requirements of the search syntax (e.g. location, price etc) and display them in a list - all within 0.3 seconds.
d) Users can create a Saved Search, provide their twitter account name and the system will once a day post a DM that contains a short generic text + URL to the main page where it lists matching properties
Additional functionality required:
* Admin / Content Management interface for all the functions below
* Search (basic + advance)
* Refine options on search results page
* Open links in new window with our top nav
* Listing contact options (Skype / Via Twitter)
* Ads between every 10 search result
* Carousel with \"Featured Advertisers\"
* Banner ad slot
* Post a listing
Please let me know if you have any questions. Please be aware that I don\'t have access to any information from \"behind the scene\". I only know what I can see.
