New Logo Required for IT Service business

We're looking for a new logo for our software design business as we re-brand our website.

Basic requirements:

Logo needs to be simple with above text and a relevant associated image
Associated image needs to relate to programming/software and/or company name
Required in BMP, JPG and PNG (with transparent background) formats
Colour scheme is black, yellow, white and possibly grey, though needs to be visible on dark grey backgrounds.

If an animated logo could be possible within budget, please advise.
