Tanks war 2D android game (Similar to Pocket Tanks [deluxe])

* There should be 100+ unique weapons
* Player can play with CPU, or with other player offline (on the same phone), or with other player online (from different phone)
* In settings, player can select the environment theme, tank color, tank position (left side / right side), field level type (mountain, plateaus, plane, or random)
* The following are the environment themes: Grass, Snow, Desert, Night

* Out of 100+ weapons, 30 are free and the rest should be in In-App Purchase
* Themes - Snow, Desert, Night should be in In-App Purchase

* The developer should provide the entire source code with a good docs on the following things:
1. How to setup In-App purchase with google play account and deploy the release version of apk from the source codes
2. How to setup online two player support if the owner need to use its own server/hosting for online playing (Also includes the server scripts if required)
