PLEASE NOTE A DEVELOPER HAS STARTED THIS PROJECT BUT NOT FINISHED IT. I CURRENTLY HAVE A DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM SETUP WITH THIS WORK ON IT.

Description of requirements/functionality: We have a staff calendar, which applies filters depending on info contained within a member of staffs file within CRM. The work would be changing the heading "Graded" to MFL within the staff skill set (THIS BIT IS COMPLETE) and adding the sub categories French and Spanish. Also in the new staff calendar drop down on the skill set filter, graded will change to MFL
Within the order window, under type we want the tick boxes MFL PPA cover and Reporting adding. if the MFL PPA box is ticked 4 bold bullet point should appear on the activity schedule and order confirmation report, if the reporting is ticked 3 bullet points should appear (THIS BIT HAS BEEN WORKED ON BUT ISNT WORKING CORRECTLY).
If the reporting tickbox is ticked it should be displayed on the brief sheet (new design). Likewise some standard text should also appear on the brief sheet new design if the mfl box is ticked. Also when ALL the briefsheets are printed, the last page of the briefsheet that belongs to a member of staff should be that members of staff's DBS certificate. The members of staffs DBS certificate are currently not uploaded to the system so this feature would need adding within the staff file.
We have hours reports to pay staff. If a member of staff is MFL they should not be included in the current hour reports and appear on the MFL report. The MFL reports should contain the headings AM, PM, PM+ASC, Full Day, Full Day+ASC. This info should sit inside the session activity and should be ticked when inputting the order. The MFL Report should show how many AM, PM, PM+ASC, Full Day, Full Day+ASC each member of MFL staff have done in a given calendar month.It should be displayed almost in a table.
Add classes working with to session activity, display this as a heading in the session activity display windows within the order and customer. This showed also be displayed on the bier sheet (new design).
