Estimated project duration: 1 - 6 months
I am looking to work with someone who has experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service. My client has the following requirements:
1. Resources are paid a set number of hours per week. Each resource is available on their work calendar from 6am to 10pm, but has a target number of hours to complete each week (eg 28 or 40). Add a field for target hours and change the Resource Utilisation percentage on the schedule board to always show the percentage used of their target hours.
2. In Field Service Agreements, create an entry on the agreement for Custom Dates and times with a workflow that adds a new Recurrence Custom Date in each of the existing booking setups (about 15). When the system workflow generates the booking it must schedule the least utilised matching resource.
3. In Work Orders, when ‘Book’ is selected the Schedule Assistant displays the matching resources in order of their current utilisation.
I have attached a scenario with screen shots. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to suggest an alternative way to achieve the same objectives.
