Description
Experience Level: Expert
I would like expert assistance in identifying the best CRM solution for my new small but growing business. I have used Pipedrive in my previous business and I like that it is not too expensive, that you can track email communications on it linked to each deal and it's easy to set up yourself. (However, I find Pipedrive limiting, particularly because I cannot create different types of pipelines with different cells / fields unique to each pipeline.)
What I need from a CRM:
- Not cost a fortune
- Not always require a specialist developer to change little things (be easy to use myself)
- Be able to have custom fields for different pipelines (each pipeline is a different type of deal opportunity or product)
- Track and progress leads from potential borrowers wanting a loan, for different types of loans
- Track and progress communication from potential introduction sources
- Stay on top of database of different types of contacts and our communication and marketing efforts with each - potential clients, introduction sources, investors
- Have webform integration to bring new leads in
- Track where different leads come from (e.g. PPC, website web form, email marketing campaign)
- Link to an email marketing product (Mailchimp or other)
We currently have two users. We will eventually probably have an email contact database of 5,000 people (now have about 1,000 - 2,000).
A summary with suggestions, benefits / cons, costs, complication levels, etc. on the above in an easy to understand format would be great! I've heard HubSpot is good but very expensive and gets complicated. Salesforce is great but also expensive and needs a custom developer, so those may not be suitable but I'm open to options.
