General information for the business: We are a concierge company that takes requests/tickets and then matches them with suppliers already in our database and new ones that we come across
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of requirements/functionality: Okay basically it is a concierge company and what we need is a system where we can log requests/tickets for the requests that the customer would like help facilitating. We would need to assign the tasks to certain people to handle the tasks and they should be able to match it up to a database of suppliers. The system should also have a way to automate/prepopulate emails with templates.
so we need a database for suppliers and one for customers.
Analytics (should be able to analyse the current and previous history including what the majority of requests are) mainly for the administrator
current status reporting
color coding depending on urgency and and open closed
hyper links to google, google map.
linked via the web with ability for offline capability
- Affordable for 5-12 users

- Workflow capabilities
- In-depth CRM capabilities (ability to track contact, meeting notes, phone logs and logging emails)

- Create tasks that can be assigned to multiple users, and once the task is completed it gets removed from EVERYONE's list
- Collaborative document and field editing
- Real-time updating data on all users computers
