Kind of development: Customization of existing program
Platform: Microsoft Dynamics
Description of requirements/functionality: I've inherited a botched effort to migrate from ACT to Microsoft CRM and was looking for someone to fix the problems and provide some ongoing support, perhaps on a retainer. I am not convinced we are big enough to be on Microsoft CRM but I am going to give it 6 months to see if we can make it work.
Are you able to provide the following support?
-Customisation of forms, data fields, and data transfer between different forms?
-Help with cleaning up data (5000 records) we migrated from ACT, e.g. providing data in a format so we can get people to classify in terms of our new customer segments and then uploading back into CRM.
-A couple of customised reports/dashboards and help with how I might track performance of my salespeople.
- Ongoing support if we have a technical issue which needs fixing.
- Ideally I would also like to find a contact who can support us a bit on the website as a back up to existing people.
