We need an offline database tool for Mac desktop.
The table fields required are:
- Company Name
- VideoID
- Video title
- Video published date
- Video duration (seconds)
- Created
- Video views
- Video average viewing time (seconds)
- Group Names
- Group 1
- Group 2
- Group 3
- Group 4
- Group 5
- Group 6
- Group 7
- Group 8
- Group 9
- Group 10
- % Views by group 1
- % Views by group 2
- % Views by group 3
- % Views by group 4
- % Views by group 5
- % Views by group 6
The user journey required is:
- Import CSV file of new data
* Company Name
* VideoID
* Video title
* Video published date
* Video duration (seconds)
- On an interface select from a drop down menu of Company Names
- Once a Company Name is selected, all videos owned by the company will be displayed
- The user can enter data in the displayed list of videos for the following fields
* Created
* Video views
* Video average viewing time (seconds)
* Group 1 Name (selection drop down from Group Names)
* Group 2 Name (selection drop down from Group Names)
* Group 3 Name (selection drop down from Group Names)
* Group 4 Name (selection drop down from Group Names)
* Group 5 Name (selection drop down from Group Names)
* Group 6 Name (selection drop down from Group Names)
* Group 7 Name (selection drop down from Group Names)
* Group 8 Name (selection drop down from Group Names)
* Group 9 Name (selection drop down from Group Names)
* Group 10 Name (selection drop down from Group Names)
* % Views by group 1
* % Views by group 2
* % Views by group 3
* % Views by group 4
* % Views by group 5
* % Views by group 6
* % Views by group 7
* % Views by group 8
* % Views by group 9

- Once the data is entered the user can submit to export a CSV file, the data manually entered does not need to be stored in the database, it is for CSV export only.
- The CSV export has these field headings;
* email
* seconds_watched
* videoid
* siteid
* created
The definition of each field is:
*email = each Group number will be given an email address
*seconds_watched = calculation of Video views X Video average viewing time (seconds)
*videoID = as per the database
* siteID = 218 for all rows
* created = the date entered in the field
- The number of rows of the CSV will equal the same number as the *Video Views
- The % views by group will determine how many rows have each group number email address
