I am looking for someone to build a Client Booking Portal with Frontend and BackEnd Features.
The top bar Shows the Following
• Messenger Icon
• Alert Icon
• Profile Drop Down
1: Profile Settings ( Restrictions on what can be seen and changed as per user settings, set by admin )
2: Logout
Left Menu will have menu option and a click to call button ( See Design ) - API code will be provided
I will also require tracking code to be added ( Code will be provided )
Client Portal
• Login Page
• Dashboard Overview - This will allow the client to see all Posted Assignments they have submitted. It will have the following features
1: Add New Assignment Button
2: Filters, Location, Sub Location, Role, Shift Pattern, Status, Employment Status ( Full Time, Agency )
3: Calendar View Dates: This will allow the user to view assignments by date, the user can select by date range also.
4: Overview Box: This will show how many assignments have been submitted, this will auto adjust when client users filters.
5: All Assignments Submitted by client in date order, these will auto adjust when clients users filters and calendar.
6: When the user selects Cancelled shifts using the filter, the option to delete or edit the shift will be unavailable.
7: When the user selects Archived shifts using the filter, the option to edit the shifts will be unavailable.
• Booking Page
• Live Chat Messenger, this is for Admin to Admin and Client and Admin only ( NOT Client to Client )
• Calendar Page: This will show posted jobs as per design, when the User clicks on the date it opens a popup showing the submitted assignments for that date ONLY ( See Design )
Admin Portal
• Login Page
• Dashboard Overview - This will allow the admin to see all Pending Assignments submitted by clients by default.
Admins will also be able to:
1: Add New Assignment
2: Filters, Location, Sub Location, Role, Shift Pattern, Status, Employment Status ( Full Time, Agency )
3: Calendar View Dates: This will allow the admin to view assignments by date, the admin can select by date range also.
4: Overview Box: This will show how many assignments have been submitted by clients, this will auto adjust when admin users filters.
5: All Assignments Submitted by client in date order, these will auto adjust when admin filters and calendar. Admins will be able to confirm staff by searching for their name and dropping down the pending to confirmed.
6: When the admin selects Cancelled shifts using the filter, the option to delete or edit the shift will be unavailable and a tick box will be available, when a cancelled shift has been ticked and the changes have been saved, the shift will be moved to the archived page and will not show on the cancelled pages anymore.
7: When the admin selects Archived shifts using the filter, the option to edit the shifts will be unavailable.

• Settings Page, when the settings page is selected sub links will appear ( Locations, User Accounts and Import Staff ) Only people with these selected in the settings can see them.
• Settings - Location Page
1: Over View Box Showing Total Locations, Sub Locations and User Accounts linked to the locations ) Super Admin allow other admins to see ALL locations or selected locations.
2: Filter Options: Company Name, Hospital Name, Status ( Only selected locations visible )
3: List of Location ( Filtered by most recent as default )
4: Add Location Button
5: Add New Location Details Popup, Company Name, Hospital Name, Sub Locations ( Ward Names ), Address Box, Add Roles and Activate / Deactivate slider.
• Settings - User Account ( Very Similar to the locations Page ), User Popup shows all the settings that are done by admins with permissions.
• Staff Details - This will show ALL staff uploaded to the database ( This is NOT a list of admins or clients, ONLY staff that will be added to the assignments ), Admins will permissions can Filter, Search, Activate / Deactivate, Edit Staff, Delete Staff, Add Staff and bulk upload staff. The overview box will auto adjust when using filter and search box.
Designs will both Client Dashboard and Admin Dashboard will be provided in Adobe XD format. The portal should be available for MAC OS and PC, I am also interested in iPad App ( Web Browse )
