Multi user Guest Satisfaction Survey Database.
Overview.
An online guest service survey will be compiled with a series of questions regarding each individual guest stay. The survey will ask approximately 20 questions pertaining to different areas of the guest experience, eg: check in experience, restaurants, room service, bars etc. The survey will be broken into separate headings and each heading will have approximately five questions. There will also be an area for guest comments.
This system will be used by multiple properties so the system should be able to identify which survey is meant for which property, possibly the surveys generated have a unique property identifier or something similar.
Surveys
Each question on the survey will be scored out of ten. The system should be able to compile scores and convert them into an overall “Guest Satisfaction Percentage Score”
Reports
The system should be able to collate a number of reports as below:
Week to date score
Month to date Score
Year to date score
A driver report outlining each separate question on the survey and how it was scored should also be available. Eg: “Check in experience” should add the details of this question on all surveys received during the month and be able to generate a percentage score on this individual score. – Refer to Example 01
The system should be able to generate a Trend Graph based on the information on the survey – Refer to Example 02
The system should also be able to generate a Question Analysis Report. Refer to Example 03
Reports should be able to be exported to PDF.
Multi-Property
The system should be able to accessed by multiple properties, each of whom require unique log in details to access their own individual guest surveys.
Benchmark Feature
As this system will be used by a number of properties, the system should have the ability to benchmark the properties against each other so for example:
Property Ranking – Where the property is ranked in relation to the other properties and what the overall satisfaction score is for each property.
Budget
I do not have a budget for this project as such. Obviously out of proportion bid amounts will be declined.
I estimate that that the upper limit will be one thousand pounds.
Platform
The system should be web-based, very user friendly, with a clean front. I have no preference about the programme language used.
Further Information
I have included as much information regarding the project as possible. If you have questions that I have not answered please ask them on the Clarification Board so that I do not have to repeat the question.

I tend to decline automatically generic proposals and bids, I also decline proposals and bids that consist of “I can do this job for you” and nothing else.
Please do not sent me a long list of websites you have designed, one or two examples of your work is sufficient.
