Salesforce - setup and minor development

Experience Level: Intermediate
Operating three varying companies. i am looking to assist the management team of each by the implementation of salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics (or similar). The three distinct areas being:
Licensed Leisure
Catering
Estate Agency
We have annual financial budgets managed currently in Sage, but would like to integrate into the crm database.
We also have KPIs in various areas which differ for each company and we would want to change easily.
I would also like to integrate with Outlook
Basically, I would like a dashboard set up which shows any mails and tasks that need to be complete. It would also have a small amount of info on finances, ie budget variance on the current month. Importantly it would include info on the KPIs
At present we manage the KPIs through an excel sheet therefore would prefer to manage through this crm solution. So if possible having an input screen which can be completed daily by either the site manager or junior user.
Finally i would like to use the power of the CRM to manage customer data, in varying ways dependent on the company.
Obviously further discussion will be required to develop and likely a minor support package also needed to keep up to date!
