Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the business: Help us understand an old database structure and data
Description of requirements/functionality: Please only apply for this is you are 100% confident you can do this.
We have an old Foxpro database that consists of 1008 files comprising files with extensions DBF, CDX, FTP, DBC, TBK, DXC, BAC AND DTC
We can manually view the data in the DBF files but we having issues knowing the relationships between tables.
Therefore we want to be able to browse the whole database and its relationships so we can better understand the data structure.
The Foxpro files are on a Windows Server 20012-R2, so we want you to change the server settings to allow a database browser to view the data and relationships. I am assuming this would require an ODBC driver to be installed and an opensource database browser (or something like Navicat) to be installed so we can view the data and the relationships.
You will be able to access the Windows Server using Remote Desktop Connection.
