Experience Level: Expert
We are looking for a MS Access database developer to help us finish creating a telephone fundraising database for our charity.
What this database needs to do is import a call list that is currently in CSV/excel format into a list of supporter i.ds to call.
From this list various telephone fundraisers will be selecting people to call. It will then launch a form for the fundraiser to fill in the outcome of the call. This form will also need to link into account verification on the internet.
The overall list needs to have various queries for sorting it (e.g so a certain person could call back a person on a Thursday, so we could sort by campaign type, so that if one fundraiser spoke to a supporter they will be the ones calling them back).
It also needs to be able to generate instant reports so the manager can monitor staff progress (success percentage rates etc.)
This needs to be as automated and 'idiot proof' as possible! We have already got this to a certain stage (it can imput the lists and we have some forms but are having difficulty with the queries linking them) but need an expert to spend between half a day and a full day in our offices in Bletchley, Milton Keynes finishing this off.
You will be free this week (Wed, Thurs or Fri) and can provide details of your experience/skills of creating similar databases on Access. Please give both your hourly rate and your best estimate for how long this will take (appreciate that it depends on how good what we've got so far is!)
