They are esentially the same query with a different account manager or client

You don't need to do this. Take one query, make one report, the fields to be queried. Access hass this filtering capability organically. Anyone who tells you differently either doesn't know Access, or plans toreproduce this functionality, and bill you for re-creating the wheel.
I can walk you through for 1 hour of work.
I need some data from the tables to construct queries and reports, because it could be reduce them.
