Database management system (DBMS): Microsoft SQL Server
Description of requirements/functionality: Each report is currently a button to generate a report
They are esentially the same query with a different account manager or client
We would like one report (per section) to be able to filter within the report rather than clicking on the buttons

You don't need to do this. Take one query, make one report, the fields to be queried. Access hass this filtering capability organically. Anyone who tells you differently either doesn't know Access, or plans toreproduce this functionality, and bill you for re-creating the wheel.
