Simple online database for controlling paper records kept within a number of companies. Administrators required for each company who will control users from that company. Each record is numbered with simple description, subject, owner, review date, etc. The users will want to search for records on any of the these items and probably key words. Records will have security levels and users will be given security access levels by the administrator. There is a bit more to it than this but an NDA is required prior to any further description.
