Our current system is run on an Excel Google Sheets Document where we have the costs for each visit. Each site has its own unique Pin for us to identify the site. We manually have to find each site before entering a comment showing the date our engineers completed a visit then turn the box green to show it has been completed.
We are in the process of taking on another local councils sites for Legionella Monitoring and require a system/database to be a lot more efficient. We also use this spreadsheet to invoice the respective parties for the visits for each month, this is a time consuming job currently as you have to hold the mouse over each 'green' box to ensure it is for the right month. This is something we really need to review within a new design/database.
