We are small company and have just moved from ACT Crm to Salesforce. To help speed up the integration of sales force I need some external help to configure the following:
Create a Group/type field to sort contacts/accounts in to: hotel, restaurants, church, supplier, spa, design company and Ecommerce customer etc
We need to develop two separate mailing lists using the above:
Ecommerce customers and main company customers & suppliers These lists would link to the respective websites for new customers and relate to the respective subscribe & unsubscribe links on pages.
We need two news letter templates for Main company and Ecommerce each with forward to friend and unsubscribe links on the bottom with as much tracking info as possible from news letters to replace interspire (current supplier) or integrate with interspire
We need a customer service portal on main company site to allow self service portal for desired customers And the ability for customers to be assigned a case number when emailing support@ourcompany.co.uk
We need:
letterheads setting up within SF
Email footers
Email templates
Mail merge templates
Check integration of blackberry\'s (x2)
These can be split into separate projects if necessary
