Position Description:
Description:
Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives. Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs.
Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors.
Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing.
Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts.
Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process.
The ideal candidate will have experience 10+ years in Microsoft development and preferred they have 1-2 years of mortgage servicing business knowledge. The candidate will not get much training and is expected they have basic communication skills to work with business users.
This person will work on a consolidated of VBA, Access, Visual Basic applications into a VB.NET or C# framework.
Expected strong SQL skills and can mentor other lower level developers.
This person will be self-directed and will meet with business users trying to solve complex technical issues.
