I need a full stack software developer with special skill in CCTV IP Camera, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Facial Recognition, License Plate Recognition, web application, API and middleware integration, payment integration.
You will design and develop Facial Recognition, License plate recognition in a centralized web application that will be hosted in the public cloud, and data will be collected and processed at the Edge using IoT Edge Computing.
Features/Skill/Functional requirement:
The application must support IP camera that’s capable of Night Vision, local storage, solar powered or PoE
Our platform shall be a central hub for silo accounts
The application must use image reduction methodology to reduce storage cost
The Application must support multiple browser with the ability to select different view
The Application must support Alarm, Alert, Notification via SMS, Email, and Speaker Sound System
The captured face images from CCTV feed can be used to generate alerts, sound alarms, text messaging, or email
The application must support MongoDB similar database for storing of images
The solution should be able to identify faces of individuals for establishing unique identities by extracting landmarks, features, contours and other prominent points
The solution should support both colored and gray scale images
The Solution must support Search feature. Ability to search using demographics only and sort results
The AFR with integrated mug-shot application capabilities must capture and manage facial (mug-shot) photographs, Scars/Marks/Tattoos (SMT) photographs and automated facial recognition capabilities at the time of registration

The web Application must support multi-account platform, where multiple camera may be grouped as an account
