Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the business: We host sporting events
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of requirements/functionality: We are currently developing an online entrance system. The entrance will be checked with an personal 'entrance card'. The card will contain an unique token that will be printed on the card with an QR code and an NFC chip.
The cards should be scanned with an Android app which will communicate with our API. The app posts the token of the card to our API endpoint and should display the body of the API response.
In short, we need the following functionality:
- Login of the user will be done through OAuth 2
- Post to 3 different API endpoints (the only difference in the endpoint is the name of the location that should be scanned). All the other information will be exactly the same.
- Get the content from the API response and display the info on screen
- Scan the card with 1. camera (QR code) and 2. NFC chip
The designs for the application will be provided.
I'm looking for an developer with experience developing Android applications. Experience with scanning QR codes or NFC chips is a big plus.
Please include some example applications that you've created.
