Brief:
We are looking for software/app developers to assist in developing a web-based media solution for a media management platform, controlling a WiFi-based LED Hologram Fan Displays over the web.
The LED Fan displays are Wifi-based devices (have their own node), running on low voltage with on-board SD-card that serves the device as internal memory.
There are currently 2 ways for displaying content on the device:
1. Loading content directly onto the SD card (dismounting card from device and plugging in directly to a computer for content transfer).
2. Using a developer android-based app – See attachment (transferring content to each device individually over local Wifi).
We would like to create a platform that will enable control of multiple devices over the web.
**Some cloud management solutions are available for devices of other brand**
(See attached Software + instructions for web management solution).
Our understanding is that another “smart” device will have to mediate between the LED fans and the web-based cloud management (Possibly a Raspberry Pie loaded with Android OS).
e.g. Each LED Fan device (or multiple devices within the same vicinity) will need to connect via Wifi to a mediating device that will enable a hotspot, connecting all devices to the web allowing communication with a media management app/ media management solution candidates will be required to develop.
Requirements:
1. Development of web-based media management solution for LED Fan devices;
a. Secure Login with credentials.
b. Adding/removing connected devices from platform.
c. Device status (online/offlne, address,location, media playing etc..)
d. Media file transfer for individual devices and in groups.
e. Control over device media (Add/remove etc..) individually and groups.
f. Ability to turn device/ devices on and off.
We would like to hear candidates’ opinions for a viable solution to the above.
Possible viable alternatives to the above are welcomed.

Is there an API for the LED Fan Display or at least the Java source code for the mobile app? Or is it all proprietary?
