I want a console and electron (Atom Shell) app developed with the purpose of find and show a pdf file that matches with information encoded in a QR code.
The information encoded in the QR code will allow to find the pdf, also, in order to manage errors and particular cases some xml must be read. Before displaying the pdf a digital signature must be validated on the QR Code. The information to validate the signature is available on the file system
The software must run on Windows OS and Linux OS, that is why Electron is set as a requirement.
The deliverable includes the source code and script to produce a self-contained package. The self-contained package is required to easily deploy the application to end user.
Attached is a basic description of the software. Sketch of user interface and test data will be provided later.

if you'll deal with large files, and an accommodating presentation, javascript will become sluggish (Atom vs SublimeText). Why do you have a fixation with javascript? Is this project for you?
