Have any of you used www.craigslist.com?
It's very popular in the United States and people from all over the world use it to sell goods. It's free.
There is a problem however. Its called flaggers.
Just Google "Craigslist flaggers" and read some of the posts. One site, dedicated to destroying Craigslist is located at: http://www.truth-or-consequences.com/badder_business_bureau/craigslist_sucks/craigslist_sucks.html
Here is the problem with Craigslist:
Say a chap places an ad for instance to sell a Toyota on the used car section, and then other people that are selling another Toyota on the same used car city "see" the ad on Craigslist, and to improve their standings and chances of selling their own car, they "flag" the ad. They know they cant remove the add unless 10-12 people flag it because they know that If enough people flag the ad as spam, then it gets taken down.
So what these "flaggers" do, is they create phoney IP addresses so that they can flag the ad from different IP addresses and take the ad down quickly, thus improving the chances that they can sell their Toyota. These little creeps sit there all day and many of them use flagging services to take down competing ads. They sit there and check for new ads every 20 minutes. If they see one, they flag it. People are so pissed here in the states some guy committed suicide.
This is happened all down the line. Not just used cars, but antiques, contractor services, and even yard work.
I put my brother in law's ad on Craigslist today for him to offer his landscaping services to homeowners and it has been flagged 4 times by other landscapers.
Here is another link and how Craigslist explains it: http://www.craigslist.org/about/help/flags_and_community_moderation
Here is another helpful forum explanation, probably the best one so far:

What I need for you to create, is a way that I can find out who the flaggers are. I want you to be able to code a software that will give me the IP address of who flagged the ad I have placed, or anyone has placed who has this installed on their computer.
Ill pay big bucks to the chap that can crack this one, and I will even SHARE in the revenue.
