I would like a site similar in functionality to teamer.net written in PHP and MySQL DB, but with the following structure...
Club
-> Team
-> Players
So clubs can have a 1->Many relationship with Teams, and each team will have a 1 -> Many relationship with Players. Teams can have 1 to many Calendar Events attached to them, and each event can have 1->Many players from that team attending that event.
Each player will have a login and can join 1 or more Teams. Players can send a request to join a team, and the team admin will approve or reject their request.
If players are invited to join a team, they will receive an email, that will take them to that site where they can register, accept or reject the invite.
Each Team will have 1 or more admins, who can invite players, via email, to join a team.
Each Club will have 1 admin who can add teams, and also invite people to be admins of a team. The register, accept, reject system will be similar to the player one mentioned above.
I hope this gives the overall DB structure and logic flow of what I'm looking for.
This app must also be able to send push notifications to iOS, Android and Windows Phone 7 devices.
Notifications ( both email and mobile device ) will be sent to players if they are added to an event, where they can say if they can or cannot attend an event. The player response will be sent back to the respective team admin.
Notifications for events will be sent out when the following happens...
Change of location for an event.
Change of time for an event.
Change player requirement ( required to play/no longer required to play )
Player can attend an event or cannot attend an event, so admins will be notified.
I already have an iOS App which is nearly done, and will soon start work on the WP7 and Android apps.
We can discuss the specifics of what information should be held for Players and Admins before the bid finishes.
Please send me links of your work, and detail of your relevant experience.
