Description
Experience Level: Entry
Dear All,
I have a very small react native app to do. The source code provided will be taken and inserted into a larger project. There are other 'modules' to do, but this is the first of them. This is the way the client wants to do it.
This particular project simply boots up and lists the WiFi networks available at the time. It provides a small button to refresh the WiFi Networks on the same page. Easy so far. You click on a list item (which represents a WiFi network), and it takes you to a simple information screen. Nice layout doesn't matter, just the data. This will be things such as BSSID, Signal Strength, Encryption type and anything else the WiFi adaptor allows us to get our hands on. A button is provided which allows connection to this WiFi network.
If you press this button, either a modal or popup will come up indicating 'connecting'. If there is an error, or the time exceeds about 30 seconds, it will report an error and show a back button to take the user back to the list. If there is success, it will say network connected, and also a back button to take the user back to the list.
The 'connect' button should detect whether a password is required for the network and prompt the user. Ideally this password should be stored in local storage.
I have a very simple sketch, and some further details attached.
Will only need to work on Android phones. Redux implementation would be appreciated.
