Youtube Channel Setup and Optimisation

I just started posting Videos on the Channel linked to my Google Account, and I am getting the first views. Now I want to make sure that I get everything set up right. Therefore I would like an accomplishes YouTube expert to
1 Optimise the Setup of my Channel including consulting on the question how many channels I need, given different topics and languages (German and English) I work in
2 Optimise the existing video content, including thumbnails, keyword, playlists and everything else to make it more successful.
3 Develop a workflow to identify Videos that should be in demand (recommending and setting up the tools needed like Tubics or so) in my fields of expertise

I would like this project being finished in about 2 Weeks max, sooner the better. When necessary, I'd like to make Zoom calls to do the consulting bits of the job.
