Thumbnails for YouTube videos

You Tube Title Pages/ThumbNails

We need to create thumbnails for all our YouTube videos.
At the moment there are non titlepages/thumbnails etc for any of our videos. They have just been uploaded from our i-phones
We want to create something like the screen shots I have attached.
The screenshots attached have a clear title, a clear image of the person delivering the video, then there logo/brand
We want viewers of our channel to see that the YouTube channel is starting to look more professional.
Each video should have the title as the main text (largest text), then our logo (this does not have to be huge), then a picture of the team member delivering the video.
Each video thumbnail/titlepage should look similar but yet slightly different. We dont want it to be a standardised 100% the same format.
