START AND SET UP YOU TUBE CHANNEL

Hi. Firstly I am an older person who wishes to start up a youtube channel. I have absolutely NO idea how to do this and want someone to show me STEP BY STEP how to do it. I also want advice on a webcam that would do the job for me. I don't have have much to spend on this but will listen to what you have to say. Please, whoever responds to this, remember, I am a much older person with very limited experience on these things. Thank you
