Relaunching Youtube Channel assistance needed

We are restarting my youtube channel Life2k. Due to me hiring people who killed channel from fake subs, views, etc. and I am looking for assistance in Relaunching.

I DO NOT NEED FAKE VIEWS, SUBS, GENERIC KEYWORD SEO ADVICE DO NOT APPLY!

The hire will go through 300 + videos (spreadsheet) We will get the top 50% view duration and add them to new channel.
Also check those videos click through rates so new thumbnails can be created for them.
I run google ads myself so if you an expert in this, we are looking for as well. Organic and inorganic growth
Lastly please have specific ideas on how we can grow Channel other then SEO and keyword research.
