Personal Finance YouTube Channel

I am launching a faceless YouTube channel focused on personal finance topics. I have 10 ready scripts and plan to expand into monetizable products like e-books and short courses. I need help defining a consistent channel brand/style (including a reusable thumbnail stylesheet/template) and then producing the first three videos to a high standard. Future videos (and potentially more assets) will be commissioned on an ongoing basis if the collaboration works well.

Key requirements: Professional, trustworthy, and engaging faceless style using animations and infographics.
Consistent look/feel across videos (intro/outro, transitions, color scheme, typography).
Thumbnail guidelines that are clickable and on-brand.
The video are between eight to twelve minutes in duration.
