New YouTube Channel Setup SEO Keywords Hashtag Research Exposure

I recently created a YouTube account and just completed the editing of my first video. I'm not familiar with Youtube Studio, so I assume the following is required.. keyword research, create a thumbnail, post the video, and promote it.
I'm not sure if it is the right time to have experts involved, but I thought I would get your opinion on the matter.
I obviously hope the video does well, I feel I'm in a niche and looking for the right people to make this work.
