I do not know youtube or how to get eyes on my channel.. help!

I have videos but everything is kind of thrown on.. I'm happy if I get 2 views.. really want to start using and marketing with it properly and looking for someone to help do that. I would like to brand it to my real estate business versus just me... I'm not sure if having other channels out there from years ago from an ex husband and past assistant interferes with that.. or how it works with google.. looking for guidance and assistance if it's possible.
