Help to set up a brand account YouTube channel

I am looking to set up a brand account YouTube channel for small venture that I have had for about a year. It's not a huge money earner, I am a freelancer who write funny personalised poems for people but I want to do more topical stuff and also link from my website. I have a website www.partnerinrhyme.co.uk and also a very good web developer but she is not a Youtube expert. I have gone some way to setting up a channel and I think I have even got one video up but I feel that it's going to take me a lot longer than it would an expert! There may be more work following initial set up plus I may want another channel set up.
