Create and manage Travel Deals Live on social media

I am looking for someone to create a Travel Deals live stream where we can stream live on Tiktok, Facebook and Youtube and advertise travel companies holiday deals.

We need a structure which runs on a carousel where we show different holiday deals for each company, each deal will include a QR code and telephone number that can we can track and we will charge travel companies for every call they get from our live stream. It needs to be a set up where we get updated weekly deals from the travel agents and we update the live stream once per week with the new deals.

I have looked at using something like StreamYard but I need someone to set it up and run it for me.
