Description
You’ll be editing 2–4 long-form videos/week (10–15+ min), focused on premium car brands and high-end restoration. 150- 250$ PER VIDEO
Clean pacing, sleek motion graphics, and that emotional, cinematic flow vibe.
Must have:
– Conversational English Level (If you can't understand direction or edit without a script, this won’t work)
– Experience editing for car YouTube channels
– Strong storytelling, pacing, and motion graphics (You need to know how to craft a good story and pace clips well)
– Fast, reliable, and communicates clearly
– Bonus if you’re a genuine car enthusiast (not just faking it)
- We typically expect a 24 to 48-hour turnaround per video (10–15 min long-form).
Most videos take our current team 8–10 hours or less, depending on complexity. You’ll have creative freedom and a clear vibe to work from, we’re looking for editors who can move fast, think on their feet, and bring the story to life without needing micromanagement.

Do you prefer all car content edited in a unified color grade, or by individual brand/tone?
Are your raw files typically organized, or would you like help with file structure too?
Do you want help repurposing edits into shorts and reels as part of the workflow?
What’s your review process like frame.io, Drive comments, or just timestamp notes?
Do you plan on expanding into different formats e.g. documentary-style builds, behind-the-scenes content?

Hey Carlos,
Kindly address some of my concerns regarding the project so that i can deliver exactly what you are looking for:
- Do you have a preferred approach when it comes to storytelling in these edits — more cinematic and emotional (like restoration journeys) or punchier builds and mods with high-speed pacing?
- Do your videos follow a general structure (e.g. hook → cinematic shots → voiceover segments → final showcase), or do you encourage editors to shape the structure depending on the footage and story arc?
- Do you have any brand bibles or style guides for motion graphics, color grading (warm vs cold tones), or SFX transitions — or are you open to me creating a consistent visual identity for your channel?
- Do you allow editors to recommend YouTube titles/thumbnails/hooks if they have marketing chops — or is that handled entirely by another team?
- Do you typically provide voiceovers and on-camera dialogue already synced with b-roll, or will I have to sync and design that story flow myself based on creative freedom?
Thank You!
