Hi Social Media experts,
We are keen to pass the second gear regarding the management of our Social Media strategy and are looking to take someone onboard which shows expertise and commitment to our account.
Here is more information for you:
Our Company:
- Leading Contact centre / CX Platform provider for small to large companies
- Strong focus on UKI (70% of the budget), then France & Poland (30%) for the moment.
- Focus on medium size companies (owns a contact centre with 50 to 250 agents)
Situation:
- Some organic posts are published globally by the US team on LinkedIn / Twitter
- We are working with an agency for LinkedIn Paid Social
- We have a Facebook & Twitter account set up but for the moment not much published
- All content will be in English as well as the Landing pages for a start, possibility to implement additional languages in the future using our agency to have the content translated.
- We can give you access to Hootsuite for publishing content
Initial work:
- Defining a pilot budget together for the first Facebook and Twitter campaigns
- Setting up the targeting / audience according to our strategy
- Defining the text copies following our respective recommendations
- Providing you with creatives / translated copies
- Analysing the past campaigns / what has worked the most in the past and what works in the US / what we see on our Analytics tool (GA & SEMrush)
- Giving you access to our creatives and discuss about creating some additional one (we have an inhouse creative department)
- Setting up targeting and copy A/B Tests to define best practices
- Using a mix of formats (video, image, dynamic ads)
Please provide me with
- The fee you would like to charge us for this work monthly as well as your pricing system. Coming from an agency background, I would prefer a cost per hour with an estimation of time required for an example as show below
- Any additional fee for defining the initial targeting or anything else
- ETA for a work request such as the one in the example
- Agreement to work with translated copies in the future (we will provide the copies and creatives)
Example of work request:
Example of a work for both Facebook and Twitter which would represent the approximate monthly work we would request from you so I can see your approximate fee. As this work would be requested for both platform, please take this into account for your fee even though the content and creative will be similar:
- 4 paid campaigns in three languages containing for each:
o A/B testing 2 text copies
o A/B testing 2 creatives
o Implementing learnings / Best practices in terms of type of communication & choice of creative
Workflow:
- Hourly rate defined prior to executing the request
- ETA required prior to executing the request
- Reporting the work completed to EMEA Digital Marketing Manager
