Regular tweets and gaining followers

I have a medical company selling name and role cloth hats to improve communication and patient safety. The hats are also sustainable and so are helping to save the planet as well as offering a great cost saving to NHS Trusts.
I would like someone who has experience in gaining followers in the Healthcare sector and to regularly post/share valuable information and to engage and share the amazing results we are getting.

We are a start up company but have many orders in the pipeline.
