PROMOTE MY EBOOK ON SOCIAL MEDIA, TWITTER ETC

Hi, I do not have a great budget as have taken 18 months to write a genuinely interesting book [ ok I'm biased but others think so too ;-)]. Had a meeting with PR person who loves the idea but thinks I need an 'internet presence'. She suggested Twitter [ and something else called 'bitley?' ].

She said it would be easy for her to get me an article in a major daily newspaper, but felt I would be better delaying it until I had a following of 3-4,000 on say 'Twitter', which would give me an 'internet presence'.

I know diddly squat about social media except the names : facebook; linkedin ; twitter etc.

She suggested 'tweeting' interesting extracts from the book like 'did you know that the vibration of words can alter your DNA ?'. My ebook is full of lots of interesting 'quantum physics- type' info. Basically it shows people how they can use ideas based on recent research in quantum physics / mechanics to relieve OVERWHELM [ a modern day plague ? ] and gain more CLARITY.

I can't pay a fortune at the moment, but once my book starts selling I will want to keep the interest up and I have another in the pipeline so will always want to be using social media to promote, promote, promote.... Hope that gives you enough info to know whether you want to bid or not.

I have a 'squeeze page' and youtube video almost finished re ebook.
