We need someone to manage our social media , facebook, twitter,google+ and pinterest

We are looking for a social media manager who can setup our social media sites. The applicant will be very knowledgeable of social media, and have lots of great ideas of engaging with fans and have an ability to write great copy

The website is noaandnani.co.uk and we would like for the winning applicant to be able to come up with great posts to engage our customers with both internal and external content from the site. including creating engaging competitions.
The work will involve an the initial setup and ideas , then will be ongoing work only if we are happy with the initial work done.
Please feel free to quote either a per hour rate or an inital fixed rate for the first work and then per hour for the ongoing work, whichever is preferable.
