Virtual assistance on Social media

I'm looking for someone to help me with. the following

1. prepare alle the postings - looks & feel I will share also the texts but I need someone to create them
2. putting all the social media in my hootsuite so it is posted automatically
3. be a sparring partner in what to do and how to do it
4. create a facebook ad and Instagram add to attract my ideal clients
5. create linkedin ads and create my ideal clients there

creating all that takes to much of my time, so I would love to partner with someone on long term for this.
Also I want to set up an online academy and have different tool options this is also something that could be managed.
