Social Media Professional Required

We are looking for a Social Media freelancer to help with improving our social strategy and outreach to influencers. Ideally you should be UK Based.

Various members from our company have tried to contribute to the our facebook, twitter pages in the past but with little success or strategy.
We are looking for someone to first make a strategy and then to address (i.e. sort out) the setup/design improvements to our social media presence. for example the logos/pictures are all wrong and the pages don't look very good.

Next is the strategy. Our shops are well known in our local city but we want to be targeting specific clubs and groups in our local city and build up a good following, but we don't know how to do it.
